From the beginning of our work on the application for the title of European Capital of Culture 2029, we have been guided by the idea of openness and transparency.

Therefore, here, you can download reports, studies, photos and other documents that have been produced as part of the ECoC Office’s work.

We make them available under an open licence – Attribution 3.0 Poland (CC BY 3.0 PL).
